Never miss a data-request deadline again.

Give your customers one link to ask for their data, correct it, or delete it. DSAR Desk tracks every request's legal deadline automatically, so nothing slips through email.

Three parts, one workflow

Everything a small compliance or support team needs to handle requests without a spreadsheet.

01

Share your link

Every account gets a unique intake link. Put it in your privacy policy, footer, or support inbox reply.

02

Requests land, deadlines start

Each submission is timestamped and given a due date based on the jurisdiction the requester selects — no manual math.

03

Work it, close it out

Move a request through received → verifying → in progress → done, with internal notes at every step.

Watch it run — the real product, recorded, not a mockup

Both sides of one request: what your customer sees, and what you see.

Their sideA request arrivesYour customer opens your link, picks what they're asking for and under which law, and submits. The deadline clock starts that second.

Deadlines, calculated for you

Pick the law that applies to the request; the due date is set automatically.

GDPR (EU/UK)
30 days

From receipt of a valid request, extendable by two further months for complex cases.

CCPA/CPRA (California)
45 days

From receipt, extendable by a further 45 days when reasonably necessary.

DPDP (India)
No fixed count

Rules notified 14 Nov 2025; most duties phase in over 18 months to 13 May 2027. DPDP doesn't set one statutory day-count for a request the way GDPR/CCPA do — you publish your own process. Full detail →

Other jurisdictions
30 days

A conservative default DSAR Desk applies for jurisdictions without a settled statutory figure — always confirm the exact requirement that applies to you.

The math on doing this by hand

Not our number — independent research on what manually fulfilling one data-subject request actually costs a business.

Handled manually

VS

DSAR Desk Pro
unlimited requests, every month

Pro costs less than 3% of the average cost of handling a single request by hand, per an independent industry study — and it covers every request that comes in that month, not just one. Deletion requests specifically are up 567% since 2021, so "we only get a couple a year" is a shrinking assumption to plan around.

Questions

What is a DSAR?

A Data Subject Access Request (or similar request under CCPA/DPDP) is when someone asks a business what personal data it holds about them, asks for it to be corrected, or asks for it to be deleted. Most privacy laws that apply to businesses handling customer data require a response within a set number of days.

What happens if we miss the deadline?

Consequences vary by jurisdiction and regulator, and can include fines or complaints escalated to a data protection authority. DSAR Desk exists to make missing a deadline a process failure you can see coming, not a surprise.

Do you store the personal data itself?

We store the request — who asked, what type, when it's due, and your internal notes. We don't fetch or store the underlying data from your systems; fulfilling the request (pulling the actual records) still happens on your side.

Is this legal advice?

No. DSAR Desk is a workflow and deadline-tracking tool. It doesn't replace legal advice on whether a specific request is valid, how to verify identity, or what your obligations are — for that, talk to a lawyer or your DPO.

Can I track more than one website or product?

Yes. Pro and Premium accounts can add multiple properties, each with its own intake link, branding and request queue, all visible from one dashboard.
