• Team seats and request assignment (Pro and Premium) — add handlers who work requests without seeing billing, and assign each request to a named person.
• Response templates — the built-in templates became editable on Pro; Premium can write its own custom templates.
• Custom intake fields (Premium) — collect what you need to verify a request, on the form itself.
• Developer API v1 — a Bearer-key REST API for Pro and Premium; see the API docs.
• Outbound webhooks — request.created and request.updated events, HMAC-signed.
• Audit log tab — the append-only record of who did what, visible in the app.
• Automated retention purge — closed requests past your chosen retention window are deleted automatically.
• Free-plan intake hard-block removed — every incoming request is now accepted and deadline-tracked regardless of plan; a statutory request is your obligation whichever plan you're on.
• Legal and facts audit — including a corrected framing of DPDP's deadlines; detail and reasons in the legal changelog.
• Product-demo videos on the landing page — recordings of the real product, both the requester's side and yours.
• Point-in-time backups enabled on all tables — continuous backups, restorable to any second in the last 35 days; see the security page.

25 August 2026 — DSAR Desk launched

• Public intake link for GDPR, CCPA and DPDP data-subject requests.
• Automatic deadline calculation per jurisdiction (GDPR / CCPA / DPDP / other).
• Email reminders at 7 days out, 3 days out, and overdue.
• Status workflow: received → verifying → in progress → completed or denied.
• Pro and Premium billing.
• Requester status-check page, linked from confirmation emails.
